The project also included a heavily protected stand-alone Titanium Store building; all necessary site
clearance/prep works and bulk dig/excavation, bored pile foundations, attenuation pond, paladin fencing/railings, all hard and soft landscaping, all underground site services and any making good required to the existing grounds impacted by the completion of these project works.

Sustainability
The project included the following energy saving measures in the design:- High efficiency lighting; Heat Recovery; Building Energy Management Systems; Metering and Sub-metering of Distribution Boards and Water Supplies; High Thermal U-Values on building insulation and glazing; Sensor Operated Sanitary Fittings; Variable Speed Controls for Motors and Pumps; Low water content heating emitters; Grey Water Harvesting. A “Live” Campus Location Working within a “live” business park campus location, surrounded on all boundaries by adjacent occupied
businesses with limited access for construction traffic. The main access for the site was located on the main street which required a banksman and a traffic management system for all deliveries of materials and construction waste collection.

Health and Safety
Implementation of the General Principles of Prevention informed all design decisions. Relevant staff attended regular Health & Safety focused CPD courses and are informed on the provisions of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007.
